  • Stacy Ryan says:

LOVE the HALT acronym! A great reminder not just for readings, but many interactions, as well.

  • Jeanette Peters says:

I love this reminder of “HALT”, wonderful little nuggets.

  • Kathryn Kay says:

I am now aware when I get triggered & the past comes up, I start getting emotional & tears will form. To stop it I immediately tell myself to get back to NOW, right NOW. Be happy in this moment. It’s a lot healthier for me to stop that tail spin then to dwell in the past. Thank you!

  • Wow!!! So much useful information. I got a lot out of this lesson.

  • I love HALT! It has been a tool I have used for years and have explained often to my children as well as clients when they are not able to pin point what’s triggering them. Thank you so much!

  • I Love this module! I wish I could put your Sound of the Sun meditation on a loop. πŸ’ž

  • Kathryn Kay says:

I love napping to your meditations and so do my 3 dogs! I got in the habit of resting but then picking up the phone & playing solitaire! Now I am back with my 3 boys & take a good, restful, recharging nap! Now how do I get out of my husband’s story when he is dramatically telling me a story about a customer experience? Empathy overload for me! Loving all the modules! Thank you!

  • Wow! Have to say that this part will be interesting for me if I can stay out of the people pleasing thing I developed early in my life! All of this journey so far has been a great way to learn about my surviving mechanisms from young child to this day!
So, this will be challenging and hopefully allows me to become more comfortable with my own personality and yes I am more of a observer today than ever before πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
    Grateful for this journey πŸ’ž
