Its amazing how I thing (delude myself) into thinking I’m over something that has not been resolved and probably won’t be resolved for a long time knowing the cast of characters involved. While I know in my heart the spirit always has a way to making things happen, I have seen countless things happen in my life and have had spirit use me to educate others, my head still overrides that deep knowing….how can get myself out of the muck and be more of a witness to my story?
I never thought about how being in a contracted negative place is sending out a negative prayer. Thank you for bringing my attention to that. we can always turn around a situation like that and be grateful if we are awake to it. Fantastic!
My husband and I have been clutter clearing during the ice and snow and deep cold. Each item we lovingly release holds something to clean up emotionally. Happy to know we are also cleaning our filters, too.

Haha- very interesting. Working on balance . Recognizing triggers and working on compartmental views within 24. Reminders are priceless❤️
Contracted energy = negative prayer? WOW. I understood this in some way before but this language was a major shift!!! Love this.
