Thank you, so much, Colette! I have never been successful at meditation, particularly guided meditation. I am not one who “sees” very often. I “feel” or I “know”. In guided mediation once I hear the word “see” my mind would just shut down. About 30 years ago I attended a guided meditation and the person guiding us said “see, think, feel or imagine”…that was much better but still I can’t seem to get the hang of it. I have just listened to 3 of your vision journeys that you gave us in the first OS. I was so upset and unsettled today and they instantly calmed me down. Your meditations work for me where no others ever have. I love your voice and the music and you make it so easy for me. I loved the 2nd one today. My sacred place was inside the Pyramids in Giza. I was right at home and knew I had been there many times before…much gratitude and love…<3

      Kelly,

It took me a while to find my way to be in meditation. Thank you for sharing your experience with us all!
  • Carol Burns says:

I am obsessed with Colette’s meditations that she does on the crystal mountain in oracle school, so I am really looking forward to these. I think I enjoy them even more than her meditation app because there’s no music to distract from what she is saying. But it will be fun to try a music app with these.

    • I am about 50/50 myself. Sometimes I love the music and sometimes I don’t. These are great enjoy your journey. ❀

  • Karen Stair says:

Oh my gosh this sounds like so much fun. I can’t wait to try it! They have a lot of different kinds of music and sounds.

  • dawn riley says:

I’m looking forward to trying this! Thanks so much

  • Thank you for your guided Mediations, it has helped calm me and trust in the knowing of the message I receive. I do them everyday, and am excited to be able to try some in my voice on recordings! Fun! Fun!

    • This sounds great looking forward to giving this a try Did you mention music or is that something I find myself? πŸ’œ

    • I agree with you Connie I love the guided meditations. Each one allows me to open up to a new possibility I haven’t considered before. πŸ’«

  • Mary Babcock says:

In this lesson we learned of two different kinds of vision journeys: guided narratives and active imagination. One is a narrative that you listen to and the other is a prompt that activates your imagination to deliver to you what you need in that moment. Do you have a a preference? We invite you to share your thoughts!
