My Ah-Ha was the process of Get on Your Bird! Love it. Makes total sense.
I loved getting the “why” behind each step of get on my bird meditation. I went through 2 levels of Focusing & it is very similar as you identify your feelings & where they are in the body & how it feels & reminded that this is a part of you, it is not you. You converse with these feelings as if they are the child inside you always with compassion & no judgements. I feel the IN Vision process goes a step further having radical acceptance & distancing yourself & replacing it with a sanctuary. Thank you Colette.
